Motorola, Nextel and Symbol teamed up to introduce the wireless barcode scanner PSM20i for mobile phones. The low cost $249 scanner deal was discontinued due to limited successes. Nextel now replaces it with the Baracuda 1D bluetooth scanner with the following features:
